Manu serves as a Director on the Board of Governance for Charity Cup, bringing the seasoned wisdom of a lifelong builder to the ministry’s oversight. For Manu, leadership has always been synonymous with stewardship—a sacred trust to guard the mission and maximize the resources God has provided to bless the nations.
Manu’s perspective on the board is shaped by a distinguished tenure as the previous President, where he served faithfully for 11 years. During this decade of executive leadership, Manu navigated the complexities of organizational growth, strategic planning, and spiritual shepherding. He views those eleven years as a testament to God’s faithfulness, having learned firsthand what it means to lead a ministry through seasons of challenge and harvest.
Manu is driven by a forward-looking passion: bridging the gap between technology and the Great Commission. Drawing from his executive experience, he understands that modern tools are vital “talents” (Matthew 25) that must be leveraged to scale impact. He advocates for the integration of cutting-edge technology into Charity Cup’s operations, viewing digital innovation as a “vessel” to streamline service, increase transparency, and pour out God’s grace to a wider world.
Manu’s heart for Charity Cup is fueled by the promise of Jesus in Matthew 10:42—that even a cup of cold water given in His name carries an eternal reward. He combines the prudence of a former President with the heart of a servant, ensuring that every board decision honors the past while boldly innovating for the future. Outside of his role on the board, Manu serves the local church by teaching elementary Sunday school. He remains deeply committed to equipping the next generation of leaders.
