At its core, the complex will generate consistent revenue for the YWAM base in Mwandege. These funds will directly support essential needs such as food, educational supplies, and school fees for over 100 orphans, while also enabling the ongoing work of missionaries serving in the region. By creating a self-sustaining income stream, the project reduces reliance on external donations over time and builds long-term stability.

Beyond financial sustainability, the sports complex will significantly enhance the value and attractiveness of the existing school. Improved facilities will draw more students to the kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels, increasing enrollment and revenue. This growth will allow the school to invest in higher-quality teachers and better educational resources, ultimately raising the standard of education. In a predominantly Muslim community, this also creates a respectful and impactful opportunity for students to encounter Christian values and teaching within an educational environment.

The complex will also serve as a hub for community engagement by hosting sports events, leagues, and regional tournaments. These activities will not only generate additional income but also strengthen community relationships, promote youth development, and position Mwandege as a local center for sports where everyone will hear the Gospel.

Looking ahead, the project opens the door to establishing a structured sports academy. This academy would nurture young talent, provide mentorship, and create pathways for personal and athletic development, giving local youth opportunities they would not otherwise have.

Finally, the vision includes the potential expansion of the current pitch into a full-size football field. This development would elevate the facility to host larger competitions and attract wider participation, further increasing both impact and revenue potential.
