Friday, May 14
  • 8:00 pm- onsite registration

Saturday, May 15

  • 7:30 am-First game
  • Live Praise & Worship band (all day)
  • Lunch (BBQ) (free for players, everyone else must purchase)
  • Testimonies during the day
  • 10:30 pm- Last game

Sunday, May 16

  •   9:30 am -11:00 am-Praise & Worship Service at the Stadium
  • 11:30 am- Women's Final
  • 12:15 pm- "Superstars Game"(Kids Game)
  • 12:30 pm-Men's Final
  •   1:30 pm-Closing Ceremony

Other Notes:

 

·         Grass field

·         Must have shin guards

·         Soccer shoes(cleats) are allowed

·         Tournament entrance will be $ 5.00 per person for the entire weekend (18 years old and up). Children enter for free.

·         Tournament will be canceled in case of bad weather (school policy)

·         Please clean up after yourself

·         It is a Christian event, so we expect everyone to conduct themselves in a Christian manner, on and off the field. Any violation of this expectation will and can result in disqualification of players and teams. Please click here to view Charity Cup’s Rules and Regulations in regards to the tournament.

 

Changes to the team roster

The deadline to add, switch or take off players from your team roster is Monday, May 10. Any changes in the team roster must be submitted directly to Diana Perde at Diana.perde@charitycup.com by Monday, May 10. Any changes after the deadline will be prohibited and not accepted. No exceptions. Changes to the roster will be prohibited on the day of the tournament. If you are adding players, you can pay for them at onsite check in, however you must submit the changes by the deadline. No exceptions.
